About the OpportunityRandstad is proud to be partnering with a leading provider in residential waste management, offering immediate starts for experienced HR Drivers. We’re currently recruiting for SideArm and Rear Loader waste truck operators based out of Greenacre, NSW, with early starts and long-term permanent opportunities available.Location: Greenacre, NSWPay Rate: From $47+ per hour (based on experience)Shifts: Monday to Friday | Start times between 4:00 AM – 5:30 AMMinimum Hours: 7.6 paid hours per shiftKey ResponsibilitiesOperate SideArm or Rear Loader truck, for residential kerbside collectionFollow scheduled routes and complete timely, safe collectionsSupport runners/offsiders as neededMaintain high safety standards including PPE and hazard reportingCommunicate effectively with depot and operations teamsRequirementsValid HR Truck Licence6–12 months HR driving experience (waste industry highly regarded)Reliable transport to and from the depotPhysically fit: able to climb in/out of trucks and lift up to 30 kgStrong safety awareness and team mindsetAble to pass drug & alcohol testing and a police checkRMS driving history report requiredNote: During the first two weeks, drivers will be paid as offsiders while completing compliance and site-specific training.BenefitsMonday to Friday roster with potential for overtimeCompetitive pay + super + penaltiesMinimum 7.6 hours pay per dayFull training providedEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) accessOpportunities for long-term, permanent employmentHow to Apply
