As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering warm, welcoming customer service. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help train and mentor staff, manage stock, and maintain our high standards of quality and compliance.
This is a role where you'll lead by example - keeping the team motivated, the coffee flowing, and the atmosphere buzzing!About our client:

- Leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service
- Opening and closing the store with confidence
- Preparing and serving delicious food, drinks, and quality coffee
- Managing stock levels, rotation, and minimising waste
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and store presentation
- Coaching, mentoring, and motivating your team to succeed
- Driving a fun, positive, and professional workplace culture
- At least 2 years' leadership experience in a café, bakery, or food service environment
- Availability across a rotating roster between 4:00am - 8:00pm, including every second weekend
- Strong knowledge of WHS and Food Safety standards
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to build great relationships
- Organised, reliable, and a natural communicator
- Own reliable transport
