- 6+ years’ experience in strategic sales, account management, or customer success (B2B environment preferred).
- Proven track record in growing enterprise accounts and securing new business.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in upselling, cross-selling, and value creation.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Skilled in strategic planning, contract negotiations, and customer success initiatives.
- Proactive, customer-centric, and resilient with strong problem-solving skills.
