With a strong reputation for exceptional service and technical expertise, they are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Service Technician to join their team.Job DescriptionAs an Air Conditioning Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in the company's operations by providing top-notch maintenance and repair services for a wide range of air conditioning systems.This role will be based in Western Sydney - specifically the Blacktown / Pemelwuy / Wetherhill Park area.Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various types of air conditioning systems, including split systems, ducted systems, and packaged units.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in air conditioning systems, utilizing appropriate tools and equipment.
Conduct regular system performance checks, identify inefficiencies, and recommend appropriate solutions to improve energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, equipment repairs, and installations.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Service Technician
Solid knowledge of various air conditioning systems, including split systems, ducted systems, and packaged units.
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems.
Strong understanding of refrigeration principles, heat load calculations, and system controls.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical clients.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Relevant trade qualifications and certifications (e.g., Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Certificate, ARCtick license) will be highly regarded.
