Our client operates all over Australia and is known as one of the largest tier 2 builders in the country. They operate in sectors such as education, industrial, health and more recently agecare with their projects valuing anything from $30M to $300M. Their QLD division has been operating for over 17 years.The role – Design Manager
Due to several large tenders coming through the door and two projects recently being awarded, we are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join the business.You will be based in head office which is in the valley.What you need to be considered:

A building background is preferred. If you come from an architecture background you must have previous experience with a builder
A construction related qualification
Tier 1 or large Tier 2 background
Experience with large scale commercial/health projects is preferred
Stability with previous employers
A team player
To be self motivated
