- Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
- Previous experience in mass-catering environments is essential (volume cooking)
- Food Safety Supervisors Certificate (Current)
- Previous FIFO Chef experience is highly desired but not essential
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP
- Prior Line Chef experience highly desirable
- Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights OR relevant bulk cooking experienced applicants seeking potential Visa sponsorship
