- Act as a trusted advisor to business and group heads by identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks and optimizing business performance by driving key initiatives.
- Responsible for ensuring the overall integrity and validity of the financial statements and controls over the transaction cycle; performing critical reporting and controls functions for the organization.
- Create meaningful analysis and reporting in support of our businesses. Coordinate with partners across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, creation, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting.
- Contribute to programs that are large scale and comprised of multiple projects and work streams.
- Create effective procedures and support process improvement that are adhered to company standards.
- Ensure timely completion of team tasks and responsibilities.
- Become a key Intelligent Solutions member and work on automation initiatives across the team.
- Actively engage in learning the operational processes within Operations.
- Represent team through a wide array of People initiatives across the organization.
- Must be a current Year 12 student and have obtained a high school certificate by the time the program commences
- Must not have commenced or graduated from a degree, Certificate IV qualification, or higher at the time the program commences. Participation in the Traineeship Program requires full-time commitment, and you will not be able to study concurrently.
