About Our ClientA high profile, established, international logistics business.Job DescriptionThis is a key technical role, responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership for the development, implementation, support and delivery of key customer-focused applications, with a particular focus on Salesforce and Integration (WebMethods). This involves managing all components of the applications including maintenance to ensure their stability, optimal performance and security.You'll lead cross-functional teams and be tasked with setting strategies and plans to develop, test and release enhancements, all whilst providing your expertise in CRM and all things integration.The Successful Applicant**You must be based in Australia with full working rights, this role does not offer sponsorship.**This role suits an existing Team Lead looking to take a step up or an existing Applications Manager or Development Manager looking for an exciting new challenge in an international role.The successful candidate will be expected to meet the following criteria:Behavioural:

Demonstrable experience of leading and managing technical teams with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver goals

You demonstrate a love for continually learning and improving your skills and knowledge

Technical:

Strong technical expertise in Salesforce and broader knowledge of CRM technologies and architecture
Demonstrable Integration experience including development, customisation and configuration
Experience working within an Agile development environment
Experience of managing customer data, database management and data architecture.
Cloud experience (AWS/Azure)
