
Digital Marketing Coordinator

- Work closely with our marketing and customer experience team, to conceptualise and implement creative digital solutions that align with our marketing strategies
- Drive online strategies to optimise customer engagement and increase brand visibility including web, social media and programmatic advertising.
- Setup and management of digital channels including GMB, Meta, eDM management platforms, SEO and SEM
- Utilise data analysis tools to monitor campaigns and evaluate their performance.
- Create powerful written and visual content, including designing web pages, eDM templates and display ads
- Maintain and continually optimise marketing channels within your assigned projects
- Work closely with a small group of preferred suppliers, you will be responsible for writing briefs and overseeing adherence to agreed scope of works
- Stay informed about digital marketing trends and consumer behaviours will be important to the role.
- Sound experience in digital marketing campaign management and reporting
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with partners
- Strong working knowledge of digital tools and platforms including CMS, websites and social media
- Qualifications in Digital Marketing, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience in the field.
- Knowledge of Web Technologies: You are familiar with HTML and CSS, and experience with JavaScript is a plus.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD etc.) and proficiency in working with CMS platforms like WordPress and Email Marketing Systems.
