About us ...Ellerslie Farms Group is an agribusiness that operates one of the largest poultry farms in Australia.We employ over 400 people across our farming operations based at Millmerran, an hour west of Toowoomba in Queensland. Immediate start, with an opportunity for permanency, for the right candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Warehouse Manager, your duties for this role will include:

Working with the existing team to participate in the on-site roster, 7 days per week, 365 days per year;
Working in various areas of the FMCG warehouse;
Effective communication with Production to ensure efficient supply chain processes;
Loading trucks and consolidating loads;
General warehouse duties including palletising;
Perform all tasks safely and efficiently, and in accordance with established work practices and SOP's;
Ensure all processes minimise waste and maximise productivity;
Maintain a clean and tidy work environment;
Participate in the training provided to ensure a high level of skill and knowledge of the tasks required;
Understand and comply with all workplace health and safety, quarantine and bio-security standards.

About You ...You will:

Have a current Forklift License.
Have a minimum 2 years experience in an FMCG warehouse environment using LF;
Demonstrate basic computer skills;
Have a "can do" attitude by working cooperatively and efficiently to meet daily production requirements;
Be accountable for the work completed;
Thrive in a busy and bustling work environment with strict deadlines;
Demonstrate effective communication skills;
Have an attention to detail to complete tasks in accordance with established policies, procedures and standard operating procedures.

What else do I need?

Sufficient literacy and numeracy skills;
Reliable transport;
Sound physical fitness, with the ability to work extended shifts in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
