You will be joining a dynamic team of performance-driven individuals, backed by the most advanced technology the world has ever seen.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Java, Python and React, to join our growing team. The successful candidates' main tasks will include researching, consulting, analysing and evaluating system program needs, identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods, testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in an applications within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification.Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java, Python, Django, React, and other modern technologies.
Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts & define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Participate in code reviews, Troubleshooting, debugging and upgrading existing software, providing constructive feedback and suggestions to improve overall code quality.
Integrate software components and third-party programs.
Verify and deploy programs and systems.
Gather and evaluate user feedback.
Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.Requirements:
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
3 years proven track record of working as a software developer in fast paced environments.
ACS Membership, Australian Computer Society
Strong proficiency in Java, Python, Django, and related backend technologies
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, React, Redux, and modern front-end development
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), and web services
Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate)
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
