- Lead and manage high-rise construction projects, ensuring they meet all objectives and deadlines.
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee project budgets and manage procurement of materials and services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in high-rise construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
