Ready to bring your best?How you will make contributions that matter:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Analyst – Milk Finance to join our Finance team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for SDA, with a strong focus on milk financials. You will collaborate closely with various finance and operational teams to deliver insightful analysis and maintain robust financial systems and processes.Key Responsibilities:Business Partnering
  • Deliver regular and ad hoc analysis of total milk financial results to support decision-making.
  • Provide financial support to the Milk Finance and wider Operational Finance teams.
  • Partner with Commercial Finance, Operational Finance, Group Finance, Dairy Solids, SO&P, and Milk Supplier Relations teams.
Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Assist in preparing forecasts and annual budgets for third-party milk.
  • Support BPC budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Contribute to Dairy Solids Profit & Loss preparation and annual milk price calculations.
Reporting
  • Prepare monthly reporting packs in collaboration with the Milk Finance Manager.
  • Support month-end close and deliver insightful reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Compile weekly reporting and latest estimates.
  • Build and maintain analytical models to enhance budget reviews and process improvements.
  • Provide data analysis support to the DSB and Milk Supplier Relations teams.
Skills & ExperienceQualifications
  • CA or CPA qualified.
Experience
  • Ideally 3 plus years’ experience in a similar finance role.
  • Proven business partnering experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commercial understanding of logistics.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SAP, BPC, and BI tools.
