John Therry Catholic College is a Catholic co-educational school situated in Rosemeadow in the city of Campbelltown and part of the Diocese of Wollongong. Established by the Marist Brothers the College maintains a strong Marist charism, tradition and affiliation with Marist Ministries. The College provides a wide curriculum to approximately 1100 students as we strive for academic success while offering many sporting, cultural and extracurricular opportunities. The successful applicant will be required to teach TAS - Timber and Construction training preferred. Create and maintain an orderly, safe and supportive learning environment based on the principles of PB4L.
Apply knowledge of the diverse needs of students to support their full participation in learning.
Ability to plan for and implement effective teaching and learning in TAS.
Use a range of assessment strategies and analyse data to inform student learning.
Demonstrate commitment to engage professionally with colleagues, parents /carers and the wider school community.

QUALIFICATIONS
Appropriate qualifications for teaching nominated Key Learning Area (s).
Level B Accreditation in accordance with To Work, Teach and Lead policy or a commitment to gain level within the first 5 years of employment with CEDoW.
The applicant must be registered to teach with NESA.
