- Develop and implement SHE policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on SHE matters.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG, food production or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of SHE regulations and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with SHE management systems and Power BI data reporting.
