About the roleWe are seeking dedicated and compassionate support workers to join our team in the Ipswich / Bundamba area, providing exceptional care to our client with ASD and an intellectual disability.Key Responsibilities:

Provide 2:1 support during daytime, evening and overnight shifts.
Build strong, trusting relationships with the client and his family.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including family members.
Implement Behaviour Support Plan (BSP) with a focus on PBS strategies.

What you will bring:

Proven experience in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with families and other stakeholders.
A calm and composed presence, especially in high-stress situations.
Availability and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
