You'll work directly with senior leaders and operational managers to create a safe, inclusive, and high-performing environment for all employees.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for both trade-based roles (electricians, HVAC technicians, site supervisors) and professional roles (finance, administration, project management).
- Implement people strategies that are relevant and practical for both site teams and office staff.
- Design and deliver onboarding, learning, and development programs that reflect the diverse needs of the workforce.
- Foster a culture of safety and respect across all work environments-from construction sites to head office.
- Provide support on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with relevant awards, agreements, and legislation.
- Develop performance management frameworks that are fair and scalable for both field and professional teams.
- Work closely with HSEQ and Operations to align HR initiatives with operational goals and compliance standards.
- Proven HR leadership experience across blue-collar and white-collar environments-construction, trades, engineering, or industrial sectors - essential.
- Confidence in navigating award interpretation, site compliance, and enterprise agreements.
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment, workforce planning, and engagement programs.
- Relevant HR qualifications and up-to-date knowledge of Australian workplace laws and Fair Work requirements.
