
Senior Salesforce Platform Manager & Architect

- 5 years’ experience as a Solution Architect or similar role with significant Salesforce Enterprise implementation expertise (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- At least 3 years leading cross-functional engineering teams with a DevOps mindset
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities: custom apps, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, workflows, formula fields, SOQL, REST APIs
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex, integrated Salesforce solutions in B2B environments
- Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development practices such as TDD, Kanban, Lean
- Experience working in Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, and Configuration Management environments
- Significant experience with cloud-native architectures, preferably AWS
- Skilled in architectural frameworks, API design, and system integration patterns
- Familiarity with KYC verification systems and compliance-related processes is advantageous
- Experience managing technology vendors and partnerships
- Background in Software as a Service (SaaS) product development is desirable
- Proficient in advanced Salesforce deployment techniques including CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
