As the Retail Manager, you'll lead the front-of-store team, drive exceptional service, and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day retail activities. This includes:
- Managing and mentoring staff through onboarding and ongoing training
- Overseeing rostering, merchandising, and stock control
- Supporting store recruitment and building team capability
- Leading a positive, inclusive store culture
- Driving store performance and customer loyalty initiatives
- Previous experience in retail and team leadership
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Understanding of budgets, KPIs, and retail operations
- Current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- Pharmacy experience or S2/S3 certificate (highly regarded but not essential)
