
Sales & Events Coordinator | Eureka 89

- Handle enquiries and generate leads for events and charters, while working towards budgeted sales targets.
- Maintain communication with the Operations team, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet client expectations and ensure successful repeat events.
- Source new business opportunities and actively participate in weekly team meetings for effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage dining enquiries, bookings, prepayments, and guests' special requests.
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in sales, events/event management, or FOH dining operations required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with professional written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, coupled with previous experience using reservations systems (e.g. IVvy, SevenRooms).
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple events and adapt to changing priorities with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with budgets and demonstrated experience meeting targets/KPIs.
- Excellent food & beverage knowledge.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (or willing to obtain).
- Safe Food Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain).
