Will you be part of the energy solution?Job DescriptionReporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Analyst is responsible for providing financial performance analysis for the Distribution business of Supply Chain.This role supports the planning and target setting processes, as well as appraisal of actual performance versus plans, to enable the Distribution leadership team to steer and control the business in line with strategies, objectives and plans. You will require a deep understanding of the Distribution business to support the General Manager of Distribution.
  • Work in full compliance with accounting standard, IFRS, IAS etc, this includes coordination of year-end
  • Audit requirements.
  • Contribute to maintain a fit for purpose, risk based controls framework, assurance process and
  • Controls compliance, including business planning, MI, key controls and accounting integrity.
Qualifications
  • Degree qualified in Finance or equivalent.
  • CPA/CA 8-10 years finance experience
  • Proven strong analytical skills and ability to understand commercial drivers of the business
  • Sound communication and inter-personal skills, the ability to influence and coordinate
  • Decision-making/Special challenges
  • High attention to detail and structured working.
  • Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines and handle multiple and varied tasks.
  • Independent, self-starter with ability to review and implement/embed polices, process and procedures.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal and communication skills
