Customer Solutions & Operations is accountable for delivering customer and operational excellence through all post-sales service experiences. As a Fulfilment Consultant, you will be part of a high performing team that process a range of administration requests for our customers. The volumes can change from day to day so being flexible and agile must be your kind of style. You will absolutely love getting your hands on new processes and always bring your continuous improvement mindset to the table to improve the way we do things. While no two days are ever the same, you'll be doing:

Providing exceptional customer service for both internal and external customers, whether in person, via email, instant messaging or phone.

Providing accurate and fast data entry when processing customer contractsOver time becoming cross-functional within the team and able to successfully take on other tasks such as Account Transfer Requests, Transfer of Listings, Change of Uploader and processing cancellations.Fostering a great team morale by working collaboratively and always acting with integrity, empathy, and respecting diversity within the team and broader businessBuilding strong and effective working relationships with key stakeholdersAdopting a business wide perspective when solving issues and developing plansContributing to clearing intro-team and internal business hurdles, and meeting all SLA, KPI and compliance requirementsAlways looking ahead to identify any potential issues or opportunities for improvementProviding advanced technical support, product knowledge and account maintenance for customersAssisting the Team Lead on any projects, process improvements and/or pricing/product or contract updatesWho we're looking for

Experience in similar roles in customer service or administrative support with a customer centric mindset

Demonstrated abilities working with a variety of CRM and inhouse systemsExperience in alphanumeric data entry is highly desirableExcellent attention to detail, time management, prioritisation and communication skillsSomeone who looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lensA proven process improvement mindset and skillsThe REA experienceThe physical, mental, emotional and financial health of our people is something we'll never stop caring about.
