This is your chance to step into a leadership role in a friendly, supportive environment with plenty of professional scope and lifestyle perks.Job SpecificationAs the Pharmacist Manager, you'll be leading the day-to-day operations of this dynamic pharmacy. Your responsibilities will include counselling, and delivering specialised services such as vaccinations and medicinal cannabis.Fred dispense system for medium script trade.Initially, you will be the sole Pharmacist with strong support from an experienced Dispense Technician and a capable front-of-shop team. A second Pharmacist is set to join in March 2026, easing the roster and sharing weekend duties.Work hours during the first three months will be full-on but manageable, with a schedule including Tuesdays and two Sundays off every four weeks.Skills Required

Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
Strong customer service focus.
Ability to work independently and manage a team.
Ability to provide vaccinations and handle medicinal cannabis.
Confidence using Fred dispense system.

Salary & Benefits

$60/hr weekdays, $65hr Saturdays, and $75/hr Sundays.
Superannuation paid in addition to hourly rate.
$250/week accommodation assistance.
Supportive team with additional Pharmacist joining in March 2026.
