This is a hands-on management role and we are looking for candidates who aren't scared to jump in where necessary to support their teams onsite.About YouAs an experienced Village Manager {VM} or Assistant VM, you know how to prioritise effectively and can handle multiple competing requirements, your management skills are highly developed from years of industry experience. You will be an excellent communicator who can speak with ease to a diverse group of clients, visitors and guests.You will have experience in managing your own profit and loss and are familiar with navigating the scope of a service contract. In addition, you're a safety champion with an in-depth understanding of remote site safety standards, especially HACCP.
