Kleenheat is offering an exciting opportunity for Aboriginal candidates to join our team as a Trainee Customer Service Officer.Our one-year traineeship gives you the opportunity to build your skills and develop hands-on experience in a busy customer service environment whilst completing your Certificate III in Business. You will be given the opportunity to rotate through different parts of the customer service team and be mentored by professionals who are keen to share their knowledge and support your career development.What you will be doing:
Work as part of a team to help make sure our customers have a great experience.
Talk to customers by phone, email, or social media to help them with their questions.
Answer customer questions clearly and on time — this could include helping them set up accounts, update details, or understand their bills.
Support other teams with simple admin tasks when needed.
To excel in this traineeship, you will
Be keen to develop your communication skills.
Be open to growing your skills in problem-solving, working with numbers, and managing your time.
Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), or you’re willing to learn.
Flexibility with working hours (The Customer Service team work rotating shifts between 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.)
