Your next opportunity:We are excited to announce an outstanding opportunity for an Plant Operator to join our growing team in Carrington, NSW 2294.As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for operating mobile construction equipment for road surfacing works and engaging in general hand labouring tasks.Join us in shaping the future of construction and be part of a team committed to excellence.Your day will involve:

Contribute to all crew tasks as necessary to deliver a quality product in a safe environment
Safely and efficiently operate asphalt mobile plant equipment
Maintain company trucks and plant equipment
Participate in site safety and business improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with Boral OH&S policies, meeting safety and environmental standards

What are we looking for?

Experience in asphalt road surfacing (preferred)
Strong commitment to safety and the environment with a superior customer focus
General Construction Induction Card
Current Heavy Vehicle driver's license (HR) or Mobile Equipment National Competency (highly regarded)
Proven ability to work well within a team environment
Available to work from Monday to Sunday and nights as required
