- Identify opportunities and convert leads into paying clients for fixed fee projects
- Scope and quote legal projects with commercial focus
- Close deals and exceed monthly sales targets
- Assist with client onboarding to ensure smooth handovers
- Sales-Driven: Minimum 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Legal or professional services sales experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Communication Expert: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-makers.
- High-Volume Performer: You thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and can handle multiple prospects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Deal Closer: You live for the moment when prospects say "yes" and have the persistence to follow up and convert challenging leads.
