Casual | On-Call | Fast-Paced, High-Profile EventsWe are currently seeking experienced and reliable event labourers to join our on-call crew for a variety of large-scale events across the Gold Coast.This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physically active work, thrive under pressure, and take pride in being part of a professional, high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:Assist with bump-in and bump-out of event infrastructure (staging, fencing, furniture, marquees, etc.)Manual handling and general site labouring tasksWork alongside site managers, technicians, and other crews to deliver safe and timely setupsFollow site safety protocols and client requirementsMaintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with team members and clientsRequirements:Minimum 2 years’ experience in general/event labouringExcellent communication and teamwork skillsHigh level of physical fitness and ability to handle repetitive manual tasksProfessional presentation and strong work ethicFlexibility to work on-call, including early mornings, late nights, and weekendsWhite Card (Construction Induction) – requiredWhat We Offer:Involvement in some of the Gold Coast’s most exciting and high-profile eventsSupportive team environment with opportunities to develop within the industryCompetitive hourly rates based on experienceWork that is varied, rewarding, and never the same two days in a rowIf you're dependable, experienced, and ready to work in a fast-moving events environment, we want to hear from you.#events123null
