As an ICU PHO/Registrar you will have exposure to a varied case mix in regional ICU.
- Contribute to the development of a shift roster covering day and night shifts, both weekdays and weekends.
- Engage in both theoretical and practical training within the Intensive Care Unit.

- The ICU has the CICM accreditation for foundation training (6 months) and core training (6 months) as well as rural recognition.
- The Intensive Care Unit has 8 beds, including 4 High Dependency Unit beds (HDU), admitting 800-900 critically ill adult and approximately 20-25 paediatric patients per year.
- Case mix includes General Medicine and Surgical Intensive Care, Trauma, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Interventional Cardiology provided by the Cardiology Team and Paediatrics.
- MBBS or equivalent
- Significant previous experience in Intensive Care Medicine is not mandatory but some experience is desirable
- Registration with AHPRA
