- Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for projects
- Collaborating closely with the Estimating Manager and 2 experienced Estimators
- Working as part of a pre-construction team, including bid writers and submission managers
- Contributing to a transparent, team-oriented culture where input is valued
- Estimator in commercial construction
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, costing, and industry standards
