As a Customer Service Representative, you'll support customers through online chat, answering questions about credit cards, mortgages, and general banking.No cold calling. No selling. Just meaningful conversations that help people every day.About youWe’re keen to meet candidates who:Have customer service experience (a plus, but not essential)Are confident using computers and typing quicklyHave an interest in banking or financeAre Work & Holiday visa holders, students, career changers, or simply great communicators!Can commit to 2 weeks of full-time, in-person trainingWhat you will doChatting with customers online to:Answer account and transaction questionsAssist with credit card and mortgage enquiriesTroubleshoot banking issues
No sales involved – just helpful, supportive service.Training period (on-site)· 2 Weeks: Classroom training, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pmRoster rosters· Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm· Part-time roles available (part-timers must be available full-time during the first 2 weeks of training)What we offer
