Our clients are interested in meeting with candidates who are experienced in one or more of the following areas:
  • Creating client and subcontractor contracts;
  • Supporting Project Managers with project coordination;
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other parties;
  • Tender response evaluation;
  • Taking minutes and following up on meetings;
  • Certification and payment progress claims;
  • Final payments;
  • Subcontractor negotiation, selection and management;
  • Cost reporting and finalisation of contracts; and
  • Maintaining construction documents to a high standard.
We are seeking candidates with:
  • Expertise in their relevant field;
  • Proficient general administration skills;
  • Exceptional organisation skills;
  • Ability to identify ways to improve procedures; and
  • Ideally, a tertiary qualification in a construction/property related field.
