- Lead large-scale transformations of legacy OT environments into modern, digitally integrated ecosystems.
- Develop and implement strategic OT plans that integrate with smart infrastructure, digital twins, AI/ML, and cloud platforms.
- Champion a security-first, resilient OT architecture and ensure alignment with the organization's overall risk posture.
- Influence and engage executive leadership to shape enterprise priorities and secure cross-functional alignment across IT, operations, and engineering.
- Act as a force for innovation and continuous improvement, driving cultural shifts in traditionally risk-averse environments.
- Develop, mentor, and motivate diverse, cross-disciplinary teams, introducing agile ways of working and new operating models.
- A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of six years of experience leading OT within a large enterprise.
- Professional certifications related to OT, cybersecurity, or architecture (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP) are required.
- Demonstrated experience in influencing CEOs, Boards, and other executive leaders, with a proven ability to shape organizational strategy.
- Mastery of complex industrial systems (SCADA, DCS, IIoT) and their application in large-scale, high-risk operations.
- A track record of delivering complex OT programs on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor multi-disciplinary teams and drive cultural change.
