You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of billing data for our diverse customer base.The successful candidate will work in a hybrid work model from our office in Geelong, Victoria!What your day will look like:Data Analysis and Processing: Handle data processing tasks with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Work closely with customer data, ensuring its cleanliness and accuracy. Map data to document templates and generate document output files for various distribution channels.Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries and meeting customer deadlines. Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and ensure satisfaction. Deliver proofs to customers for validation before final document production.Problem Solving: Methodically resolve data issues and contribute to broader problem-solving efforts. Demonstrate persistence in addressing challenges to ensure the integrity of the billing and payment processes.Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external customers. Collaborate with team members and work independently when necessary.Technical Skills: Utilize strong database knowledge, including familiarity with SQL Server, TSQL, and PowerBI. Develop basic web design skills, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Understand basic IT infrastructure to navigate and troubleshoot related issues.Time Management: Exhibit strong time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.About You:
Strong knowledge of SQL queries is essential
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
A Bachelor's Degree in computer science or similar is preferred
Willingness to learn and progress to more complex tasks, including basic programming coding
Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of a growing company
Positive, 'can do' attitude and plenty of energy
Proactive, motivated, and prepared to show initiative
Strong time management and organisational skills
Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written is essential
