- Delivery of projects, on time and in budget
- Managing cables hire fleet for currency and compliance
- Managing cable hire systems to ensure service delivery and reporting
- Developing tenders for supply of cables
- Using troubleshooting skills to solve complex project issues
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Electrotechnology trade qualification
- Diploma (or higher) level qualifications in electrical engineering
- Tertiary qualifications in project management or relevant demonstrated experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for presentations, spreadsheets, business documents and reports to stakeholders
- Proficiency in use of digital technologies to collaborate in a workplace context, including for working remotely/across geographical distance
- Proficiency in use of ERP systems to manage resources and generate report on project resource allocation and costs
- Experience in a large industrial, mining or manufacturing organisation
- Demonstrated experience with installation, maintenance and repair of high voltage cables, particularly in mining industry
- Demonstrated experience managing projects, budgets, tenders and complex project timelines in a utility or industrial (mining, manufacturing, oil gas) setting
