Our Store Managers are passionate, have an understanding about sustainable fashion and retail, and can engage with our customers - making it a fabulous shopping experience. Leadership and team building are essential, as you’ll oversee daily retail operations, clothing donations, volunteer recruitment, and team support.If you are an experienced Store Manager or Retail Assistant Manager looking for your next opportunity, and have a passion for fashion and shopping, we’d love to hear from you!What you will bring

Demonstrated experience in retail – preferably fashion-based, with exposure to leadership duties, visual merchandising, cash handling, and WH&S tasks
Desire for engagement with your local community
Staff and/or Volunteer management and recruitment
Inspiration and creativity in fashion, re-purposing, upcycling and merchandising products in store
Strong sales and customer service acumen
