- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Employment Consultants, modelling best practice through the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model - the world's most evidence-based approach to employment for people with mental illness.
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred services that reflect Inclusive Employment Australia's values and respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth, effective service delivery.
- Build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
- Develop referral pathways through strong connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
- Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs in employment, wellbeing, and workplace readiness.

- A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification.
- Two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded.
- Strong local employer relationships and business development skills.
- Current driver's licence and your own vehicle.
- Ability to obtain all required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check).
