Job Category: OperationsJob Description:Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this is a permanent role on a 7/7, Drive in / Drive out roster, your base location is Coppabella and significant travel to our Villages will be required with a Company vehicle provided whilst on roster.Key Responsibilities:

Carry out reactive, planned and preventative maintenance across our Villages.
Install, repair and maintain underground, storm, sanitary and water piping systems.
Schedule maintenance on plumbing systems and fixtures
Install, repair and maintain sinks, tubs and toilets in line with all building codes, installation requirements and relevant legislation.
Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers carrying out works under warranties and other guarantees.
Deliver excellent maintenance services to our guests in a timely manner with a minimum of disruption to their living and working environment.
Take part in an out of hours response system to support Villages 24/7, 365 days per year.
Always apply safe work practices to contribute to the safety culture at Civeo.

To be successful, you will have:

Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services/QBCC licenced Plumber/Drainer/Gas Fitter
Confined Space Ticket - (desirable)
Experience with solar & heat pump hot water systems, thermostatic mixing valves, and backflow prevention.
Experience with commercial gas cooking appliance maintenance and repairs.
Used IT systems for reporting and responding to maintenance issues, diagnosing faults, and closing maintenance issues.
Manual Driver's Licence - C class
Flexibility to travel across the Bowen Basin
At least 5 years' experience in similar work, preferably in the service or hospitality industry over multiple sites.
