
Digital Marketing Lead

- Campaign Planning – Develop and manage campaign project plans, email sends and organic social content ensuring timely and the smooth execution of projects to timelines
- Content Management – Write and maintain website and email content that’s accurate, engaging, and brand-aligned
- Performance Reporting – Use tools like Adobe Analytics to track results and share actionable insights
- Compliance & Coordination – Oversee legal approvals and coordinate with internal teams and creative partners to deliver campaigns smoothly
- Conversion Optimisation – Implement CRO activities and tests to drive lead generation, customer engagement and understanding of our products and services
- Brand & Digital Support – Champion the Oly brand, support organic social content, and handle ad hoc digital tasks
- Stakeholder Engagement – Update all key stakeholders throughout the planning and delivery process
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing or campaign management, with a proven track record delivering multi-channel B2C campaigns
- Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries is well regarded but not essential
- Skilled in web content management, ideally with experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Comfortable using Adobe Analytics, email platforms and basic CRO tools
- Able to interpret data and translate insights into practical improvements
- Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, digital media or equivalent education and/or experience is desirable
