The ANUM works with NUM to provide effective leadership and efficient management of the designated area of specialty in line with the FSH strategic direction. The position will provide clinical leadership to patients and nursing staff within the area of specialty. The position is responsible for the delivery of clinical nursing services at an advanced level, promoting, establishing and implementing evidenced based therapeutic interventions in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.
