We invest in our people by building rewarding careers, offering training and development opportunities and a values-driven culture where our people can belong and thrive.About the roleSupport older Australians in their homes, shopping, activities, and appointments, medication assistance, personal cares and community connection.We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to assist clients throughout Perth’s South-East Metropolitan area, including Canning Vale, Thornlie, Gosnells, Southern River, Harrisdale, Seville Grove, Armadale, Kelmscott, Roleystone, Byford, and nearby suburbs. Because this is a community-based role, having reliable transport is essential.Specifically, we are seeking:

2 Support Workers available Monday to Friday from 4pm to 7pm
1 Support Worker available Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm

About youYou’re passionate about empowering older Australians to maintain their independence and live confidently in their own homes. You bring empathy, reliability, and strong communication skills, along with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.In addition, you will have:

Certificate III in Aged, Community, or Disability Care
Must be available to work a minimum of 3 weekdays per week
Excellent communication skills, including literacy and numeracy skills
A current Driver’s License
A roadworthy vehicle registered in WA and covered by Third-Party insurance
Previous experience working as a community support worker is highly desired, but not essential
National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
