- Lead, coach, and support a small team of trainers and training coordinators, ensuring courses run smoothly and meet funding and regulatory requirements while fostering high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local industry, employment, and training providers to create new business opportunities.
- Work alongside the business development team and directly engage with prospects to promote genU Training.
- Oversee course planning, delivery, and evaluation to ensure outstanding outcomes for learners.
- Promote the genU Training brand locally and help grow our Adelaide presence.
- Strong leadership experience in managing and motivating teams in a performance-driven environment.
- Training, VET, or RTO management background highly desirable; transferable skills welcomed.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills; approachable and collaborative.
- Strategic thinker who adapts easily to change and thrives independently in a developing market.
