You will play a pivotal role in identifying and winning new clients, expanding Randstad's market presence, and nurturing existing partnerships.You will utilize your expertise to create effective business strategies and deliver outstanding recruitment solutions to your clients. What we need from you
  • 2- 5 years experience as a successful Recruitment Consultant
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Results-driven and motivated to exceed targets
  • A passion for sales
