You'll bring energy, initiative, and an eye for detail to every shift, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier service.You’ll be responsible for:Supervising front-of-house and gaming teamsLeading by example in service, compliance, and teamworkEnsuring smooth daily operations and guest satisfactionHandling cash, stock control, and venue reporting * Overseeing hotel operations and compliance
About YouYou’re a hospitality all-rounder with strong leadership potential and a passion for customer service. You’ll bring:Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, with supervisory experience in F&B and gamingA positive attitude, great communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibilityExcellent organisational and multi-tasking abilitiesPrevious gaming experience essential – with knowledge of compliance and best practiceTAB experience highly regarded (but not essential)You’ll need:RSA and RP badge (Essential)Basic & Advanced Gaming Certificates (RSG 3)First Aid CertificatesFood safety and WHS awarenessBasic food-handling skills (not essential) How to ApplyIf you're ready to take the next step in your hospitality career, we want to hear from you!
