
Assistant Facilities Manager (Casual)

- Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance including health and safety audits (visual and non-technical)
- Perform weekly inspections of doors, ironmongery, structural elements, ceilings, finishes, and fixtures
- Complete condition audit report preparation and maintain accurate documentation
- Review PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and reactive work order completion status
- Ensure contractual SLA compliance for all on-site engagement activities
- Support project coordination and space planning activities as required
- Conduct monthly kitchen crockery audits and coordinate replacements
- Manage minimum stock inventory levels and coordinate ordering within approved parameters
- Assist with emergency drill coordination and maintain BCP/ERP documentation
- Work collaboratively with base building teams on structural maintenance coordination
- Support waste segregation and disposal activities per environmental policies
- 5+ years facilities management or property maintenance experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Experience in managing critical environments
- Proven track record in delivering best practices
- Ability to balance multiple priorities
