Learning and Development Coordinator

- Managing the Learning Management System (LMS), encompassing the uploading of digital learning courses and resources, updating learning records, and generating reports.
- Monitoring policy compliance and obtaining sign-offs, with proactive communication for reminders as necessary
- Administering the company benefits program, and producing associated reports
- Supporting the administration of the Employee Engagement Survey program and contributing to action planning
- Assisting with Performance Management administration, ensuring compliance
- Coordinating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and reporting on them
- Compiling and distributing various business communications mediums, such as Town Hall meetings and wellness initiatives
- Supervising registrations for training sessions and gathering training evaluation data
- Developing, updating, and promoting the Annual Training Calendar.
- Updating or developing local procedures and work instructions
- Tertiary qualification in Business, HR or Communications
- Experience working in a similar position or experience working within the hotel industry, with a solid knowledge and understanding of hotel operations
- Demonstrated ability to work in partnership with stakeholders from across functions
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to build meaningful professional connections across the organisation
- Superior attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience in video editing and e-learning content creation would be highly regarded
- Experience with HRIS and LMS will be highly regarded
