- Visiting sites to inspect damages in domestic and commercial properties
- Liaising with builders, engineers, loss adjusters, and other internal/external stakeholders effectively to drive positive outcomes
- Managing a portfolio of property claims in conjunction with our local claims team
- Maintaining a timely delivery of property claims outcomes which meet or exceed customer expectations throughout the life of a claim.
- Reviewing quotes and processing payments
- Ensuring adherence with claims assessments code of practice throughout the process
- Building Trade Qualifications and/or Loss Assessor qualification through ANZIIF
- Extensive experience in property insurance and customer service
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
