- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's standards.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Ensure efficient use of ingredients, minimising wastage.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organised.
- Contribute to a positive working environment.
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie in a fine dining restaurant
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- An affable, conscientious and enthusiastic approach
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
