As a Customer Relationship Consultant based in the Perth Contact Centre, you will handle calls from existing customers regarding internet banking, credit cards, or transaction accounts. You'll work alongside committed colleagues who embrace the values of People, Planet, and Profit.About You:
- Positive attitude with a focus on excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with confidence using multiple computer systems
- Previous experience in a customer service role in retail, hospitality or a contact centre.
- Excellent communicator, listener, and problem solver
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
