What is the role about? You will be responsible for assisting with various financial accounting functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the overall team by assisting in all areas of the finance function! Duties include: Preparing and processing of transactions into general ledger.Account review and reconciliations, including intercompany reconciliations.Assisting with completing the full month end process.Working through reviewing payroll and payroll provisions.Working on fixed asset additions/disposals/FAR maintenance.Provide monthly financial reports with comments on variances.Assist with the annual financial report preparation and review process.Ensuring that all activities comply with the organisations financial management policies and appropriate statutory requirements.Assist with other ad-hoc tasks to support the finance team. Your Skills & Experience: CA or CPA qualificationProven experience in a Financial Accounting roleStrong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.Proficiency in using financial software and tools, including strong Excel skills.Strong organisational skills, adaptable to change and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all financial processes.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain financial information clearly.
